Tea information
Iron is the Most important and essential nutrient in the body. Iron is electric & magnetic. Without iron in the body 40 different diseases can manifest in the body.
Natural Iron - This tea is designed to help increase red blood cell formation. Help any type of iron and / or mineral deficiencies. It cleanses the blood, all while renewing, multiplying, and boosting healthy iron and oxygen in the body.

Directions on how to consume tea
Boil water in a pot or a tea kettle
Put 1 teaspoon of herbs in the tea strainer
Once water is boiled, Add 8 oz water over the herbs
Let soak for ten minutes
Take out tea strainer and let the tea cool down to room temperature before drinking
To cool down the tea to room temp - add cold water to tea and stir before drinking
Do not drink tea hot or cold room temperature only.
Adults 12 and older can drink 8 oz of tea
Children 12 years and younger can drink 1/4 of the tea
tea can be made into a foot soak or take a towel or wash cloth and soak the tea in it and place on body and or forehead
Store tea jar in dark place, with the lid closed super tight. left over tea can be stored in fridge for up to two days. Take out fridge and let sit untill room temperature or put in a bowl of warm water for about 5-6 minutes.
